Friday, July 23rd7 pm - The evening kicks off with Johnny Quazar & the Swingbots. Roots veterans Tom Roschkov (guitar & vocals), Kelly Pikula (drums) and Thom Golub (bass) are joined by Johnny Quazar on Theremin for a smokin' set of Cosmic Rockabilly.

9 pm - Brian Gregg once opened for Led Zeppelin - ask him and he'll tell you about it. More recently, Brian has been performing with his sons, Moses and Harry, in the their new blues rock band, The Greggs. Brian is also a proponent of Pastafarianism - the worship of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. All hail his noodly goodness, ramen !

10:30 - All the way from Sweden, Wendy McNeill returns to Alberta ! The following is a wonderful video that Wendy made in Europe Make sure you catch her set !

12 midnight - We close the first night of Sasquatch XV with a powerhouse of a blues band, Boogie Patrol. Here's a sampling of one of their shows at Blues on Whyte. How late will they play ? How long can you dance ?

Saturday, July 24th
12 noon - We begin the musical portion of the day with a percussion jam led by Drum Collider (aka Miguel Ferrer). Please feel free to bring your djembe or any other percussion instrument to the Shady Grove stage and get your groove on for the day.
Also watch out for Tippy Agogo's frisbee workshop !
2 pm - Our hosts for the afternoon are the Billie Zizi Gypsy Jazz duo (Jordan Billie Zizi and her Dad, Cam Neufeld). Expect some heart warming, toe tapping tunes from these two festival favourites.
2:30 pm - The Time Flies return with a whole set of songs for the kiddies and adults alike. You'll want to get some face paint on for this show.
3:30 pm - Returning from Vancouver with their band for the first time since 2001, Karen Davies Eiriksson and Stuart Eiriksson present One Big Bicycle.
5 pm - The Vibe Tribe will begin to remind everyone of the coming of the potluck. Everyone is invited to share their favourite dish and enjoy the biggest, most dvierse feast of the year. The potluck is being held in the NCF hospitality area (behinf the NCF mainstage). Steven Johnson will provide musicial accompaniment to this gastronomic extravaganza.
7 pm - The hostess with the mostess, Dale Ladouceur will enchant you with her Chapman Stick, her beautiful voice and her engaging songs. Here's a sampling of Dale performing at the 2007 Earth Day Celebrations in Edmonton.

7:30 pm - The first full set of the Saturday night is a song circle that features four very talented performers. This year's Sasquatch includes quite a few folks who once called Edmonton home. Returning this year are Carrie Graham (aka Kerri Anderson) from Maple Ridge, BC and Preston Williams who has spent most of the last 10 years in England. They will be joined by Shiloh Lindsey (BC) and Ethan Collister, a man who spends much of his time in firetowers. Here are a couple of video samples:

9 pm - Althea Cunningham is relatively new to the Edmonton music scene. But, she brings a wealth of passion and soul to her distinctive brand of blues and roots music.

10:30 pm - As a special treat for Saturday night, we have Doug Andrew & Circus in Flames. They will be joined by some incendiary special guests...

12 midnight - To close out the evening, we are very pleased to have festival favourites and veterans of Edmonton's roots music scene, The McGowan Family Band.

Sunday, July 25th
12 noon - Once again, we will start the day with the interactive rhythms of Drum Collider.
1 pm - This afternoon's emcee is Tippy Agogo and he will amaze all with his incredible vocal range, skillfully harnessed loops and infectious grooves.

1:30 pm - We carry on with another song circle. This time featuring Kaley Bird, Al Brant, Brian McLeod and Ido Vander Laan. Here's a fun music video from Kaley:

3 pm - Everyone's favourite multilingual roots band, Le Fuzz, takes the stage !

Unfortunately, Neko Rei from Powell River, BC have had to cancel their appearance at this year's Sasquatch Gathering.
5 pm - a special closing set featuring various artists from the weekend
7 pm - End of the festival. Hope you leave with many great memories and plan to come back and join us in 2011 (new site to be determined...).
